Questions, Answered

How many businesses are on each postcard?

Up to 16. No business categories overlap, if you are a plumber, you'll be the only one on the postcard.

Can I pick what goes in my ad?

Yes. You can give us your logo, offer, any specific language, & overall ad concept. We design the ad, you approve it, we print it.

Can a competitor end up on the same postcard as me?

No. Every drop features a max of one business per category. For example once the HVAC slot is claimed on a given drop, no other HVAC company can join that card.

How do I know it worked?

Our tracking add-on gives you a unique phone number and QR code so you can see exactly how many calls and scans came from the card.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We close slots about 15 days before each drop to allow time for design and printing.

What if my ad doesn't perform?

Direct mail is a numbers game - performance vary by industry, neighborhood, time of year, and offer. We can't guarantee results but we can guarantee coverage.

Do you mail to specific addresses or just everyone in the zip?

We deliver based on mail carrier routes, we help select the best routes to maximize your ad hitting potential customers.
